Joe is an established media and communications professional who specialises in devising and implementing effective strategies, projects and campaigns.

Advising clients across multiple sectors including education, government, health, retail and technology, Joe’s finely tuned communications skills shape external perceptions and influence opinion. He enjoys particular expertise in the education sector, having delivered multiple projects for the University of Queensland, Education Services Australia and the University of Melbourne.

Joe has a focus on issues management, calmly managing adverse issues on behalf of his clients and ensuring reputations are upheld in times of crisis. Recent examples include managing a prominent brand’s response to widespread negative coverage about its key retail product, and coordinating communications for a publishing house forced to cancel a forthcoming publication.

Prior to joining CPR, Joe delivered communications strategy and operations for Melbourne & Olympic Parks, including iconic venues Rod Lave Arena and AAMI Park. He enjoys considerable experience in federal politics, having worked as an Adviser and Campaign Director to a Federal MP and Speaker of the House Representatives.
