Lysandra joined CPR after five years working in communication roles at large independent government authorities, where she specialised in social media management.

She is adept at building strategy, organisational voice, management of online communities and social marketing.

Lysandra consulted on social media for WorkSafe Victoria, the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman, and the Fair Work Ombudsman, handling online responses on a range of issues including high profile media campaigns and matters posing reputational risk.

Calling on her in-depth knowledge of industrial relations and occupational health and safety legislation, Lysandra has implemented a variety of national public information campaigns targeting audiences including working parents, young and contract workers, as well as traditionally difficult-to-reach culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

At CPR, she works with the Melbourne Writers Festival and supports a range of clients to manage online issues.
